The main decision-making organ of N.i.T. Hungary is the Members' Assembly which is held annually. The elected 8-person Board of Directors and the three-person Supervisory Committee meet on a monthly basis. The appointed Secretary General is responsible for the operation of the Secretariat which employs 60 persons.
N.i.T. Hungary provides its services both as a trade association and through its affiliates. They include:

NiT Log Logistics and Customs Agency Ltd.
NiTSped Trade and Services Ltd.
NiTTours Travel Bureau Ltd.
NiTLine Passenger Transport Ltd, and
NiT Voluntary Pension Fund

This fund is the only pension fund in Hungary where 100% of payments and the related yield are transferred to the individual accounts of the members.
Daily operations are conducted from N.i.T. Hungary's Budapest headquarters. The office building in the industrial zone of the Hungarian capital hosts the Secretariat, the affiliate companies, a branch office of the Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard, as well as a bank office. The services provided by N.i.T. Hungary and its affiliates are at the disposal of all members. Among others, members can park their trucks and trailers in the 100-vehicle parking lot and store their goods in the bonded store.
Outside the capital, the association operates through its 11 regional offices located in Békéscsaba, Gyöngyös, Győr, Kecskemét, Székesfehérvár, Pécs, Szolnok, Szombathely, Tatabánya, Zalaegerszeg, Veszprém. This wide regional coverage allows the association to deliver value added services to its members.
